I have enormous creative freedom and the opportunity to get involved with societal issues, especially with topics like sustainability and traffic shifts through digitalization.

Using the Twitter running group as a motivator to go for an evening run after a busy day.

When the task involves fighting to find innovative solutions to complex problems, and constructively "rubbing elbows" with others in the process, working together to implement these ideas in a way that's sustainable in the long term.
6. Biggest success so far
That I've followed my childhood dream of discovering the world: that I've had the fantastic opportunity to live and work in a total of 7 different countries in Europe, Asia and North America.
7. Biggest defeat
That I gave up on various start-up activities too quickly, instead of using the challenges to grow. And leaving Toronto too early, for one.
8. Worst buzzword
V.U.C.A, because change has always been the only constant and that's what makes life so exciting.
9. Best reward after a hard week at work
Cooking together with my husband and our 2 daughters in a relaxed atmosphere, as we comfortably look back on the week and kick off the weekend with a good glass of wine.

50/50. For "strategic" discussions, personal interaction at the office with the team, and for everything else, very much home office.
11. Most important traits a colleague/business partner must have
Trust, which allows us to create a mutually appreciative working environment where everyone is on equal footing.

My personalized Deezer playlists, which I consume daily to relax and reflect, and Apple News+, a fantastically curated collection of media outlets from around the world.

My Apple Watch and the apps Runtastic and Strava: my weekend companions when I go for a run in nature and my pacemakers for weekly exercise.
15. The book or series from which I have learned the most for my (work) life
Homer`s Odyssey: even as a child, the idea of traveling to foreign worlds fascinated me, and this has always influenced me. I still enjoy learning about different cultures and I love traveling.

For the past few years, I've been a passionate fan of Game of Thrones, an entertaining textbook on leadership, power, status and strength of character.
