WHY WE CREATED CURAZE
In today’s world of rising new technologies , every company, no matter the area, is facing an increase in transformation, innovation, information, and a new level of complexity – welcome to the VUCA world.
We strongly believe that diversity is an important driver of innovation. That’s why we partnered with Fe:maleOneZero (F10), an international editorial magazine established in 2018 and covering topics such as digitalization, diversity, and female empowerment. While many business brands and initiatives still have a strong male focus, CURAZE is already focusing on an almost balanced gender ratio through the heritage of F10. Our goal at CURAZE is to become the home for all ambitious innovators: males, females, and divers; start-ups and corporates; small, medium, and large-scale businesses; national and international. We connect and empower them by following the CURAZE Funnel Principle: one to many (editorial content and stories), one to few (event formats – in person, hybrid, or virtual), and one to one (matchmaking).

Together with their team, Natascha Zeljko and Claus Schuster created an interdisciplinary and internationally connected platform. The founders and their team bring a wealth of expertise and well-established networks to the table. The guiding principle behind all of our activities is the belief that meaningful connections are increasingly important. Instead of anonymous mass events, we rely on the business boutique principle: focused, configured, and curated.
